been great if the Nordic Organising Committee could have just sent one sentence

responsibility to update the abstract, title and language needs for
interpretation at the latest on this date as well. This is the text that will
be visible in the printed program to interest people in your seminar, so make
sure it is correct. Many activities are still missing an abstract. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The maximum number of
characters for the title is 100 characters INCLUDING spaces, and the maximum
number of characters for the abstracts are 400 INCLUDING spaces. If your title
or abstract is longer, we will cut after the correct number of characters. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

interest to make sure your language information is correct because the
Interpretation Network Babels needs it to be able to find the right languages

finished merged seminar or confirmed unmerged) will be contacted by us with
instructions on how to pay and an invoice of the sum for your seminar/workshop.
You can pay either online or by bank transfer. Organisations from Denmark,
Norway and Sweden have to pay in SEK by bank transfer. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Please don't pay your
seminars before you hear from us, we don't have the capacity to check and
refund organisation who payed the wrong fee. This is especially important since
a lot of activities have to be upgraded to a larger room due to the number of
languages requested. We cannot fit enough booths for interpretation in the
smallest rooms. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p style='margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt'><font size=3
face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>You can pay your
organisation registration and individual registrations directly online now. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
