MADRID: PROGRAMME FOR THE DAYS OF PROTEST AGAINST THE RIO+20 
We are Rio+99%, alternatives in Madrid to the Río+2

an initiative of the grops of the Sol de Política Internacional, Economía y Medio Ambiente, and of the collectives SOS Laciana and Toma la Tierra

Friday the 15th of June - Advertise the days in your area. Print the programme and take it to the information stall made available by your area's assembly this Friday. 

Saturday the 16th of June, all day: 

Madrid Toma La Tierra: Day in defence of the earth
Social Centre EKO of Carabanchel (Metro Oporto)
12h- Presentation of the projects
13h- "Ekofestival" of poetry and music 
14h- People's kitchen and meeting of the group  #Rio+99%Madrid to organise the participation to the demo
16h- Meeting of the struggles in defence of the earth
19h - Groups participating to the demonstration from the Glorietta to Bankia and advertising of the initiative of the 20th 
21h- Concerts

Wednesday 20th June: CYCLE-ROUTE AGAINST THE FALSE GREEN ECONOMY 
If you do not have a bike, be part of the support group on foot: same route, using the underground stations: 
18,30 plaza Castilla  
19,00 Nuevo Ministerios - Ministry of Industry and visit to the hidden interests of coal
h 20,30 Sol 

18.30h: Green economy... same as Bankia 
Bike-performance opposite the Torres Kío (Pza. Castilla) to denounce the fake green economy.

19h: Solidarity with Albuquerque and renewables 
We shall visit Ángel Vadillo opposit the Ministry of Industry (Nuevos Ministerios), on hunger strike to protest against the suppression of help to renewables, essential to the future of his people, Albuquerque (Extremadura).*2

19.30h: ...a future as black as coal 
Visit to the hidden interest of coal. After that, we shall move on through different points where economic choices mean the destruction of  the environment, all the way to Sol

20.30h: 'Bicirolada' in Sol for a living future
That is, a 'cacerolada' in defence of the earth, but this time, instead of the pan, bicycle and spoon!

21h: Forum of the struggles and proposals in defence of the earth 
In Puerta del Sol. Prepare yourself to share experiences of struggles in defence of the Earth in Spain and around the wolds, ideas, information and alternative projects!

** Bring one of your plants to Sol so we can use all the plants to write our message in the square. At the end of the Forum we'll say goodbye with a plant-swap!
