What about 'Declaring poverty 'illegal'? This would mean:;

-          Fighting inequality

-          defending ALL human rights

-          Refusing the 'progressivity' of economic and social rights

-          Defending the progressivity of income taxes

-          Refusing the existing economic system which cannot fight poverty
and inequality

Before shooting, just think about it for a coupe of mlinutes. This is a
very simple idea whit great consequen ces.

This appears to be an attempt at Re-inventing the wheel !
1. The first statement : "The purpose of an economic system..." is more
Theology than theory..
2."..contemporary global economies...serious flaws...dominant theory of
economic purpose....to achieve continuous growth .." : This is not the case
! If it was the case we wouldn't be in a no-growth depression ! The dominant
theory of economic purpose of the contemporary global economic system
(Monopoly Finance Capitalism - Imperialism) is Maximisation of Profits !
3. The "Wheel" we have is Imperialism - and since the Paris Commune, the
Russian Revolution, the Chinese, Latin American Revolutions we have had New
Economic Systems Replace this, still dominant, system with various forms of
Socialism. 
4. Surely "An Economic Bill of Rights" must start by looking at this rich,
over 100 year, human experience of socialism (positive & negative) &
certainly it's Democratic & Un-Democratic forms - which the Democracia Real
Ya ! movement around the world is clearly doing :
