El 10 y el 11 de diciembre se llevar=E1 a cabo en Napoli la asamblea *=93Ha=
cia
la construcci=F3n de la red europea del agua bien com=FAn=94*, a la cual
participar=E1n los activistas por el agua bien com=FAn de toda Europa.

El objetivo del encuentro es encaminar el proceso de constituci=F3n de una
red europea que una -en un espacio com=FAn- a todos los movimientos, las
asociaciones, los sindicatos y los grupos sociales que luchan en Europa por
el agua bien com=FAn. Una red que pueda definir una =93plataforma compartid=
a=94,
o sea los elementos pilares de una acci=F3n y de un proyecto com=FAn,
identificando cada vez que campa=F1as y herramientas emprender, como por
ejemplo el ICE.

Creemos que no pueda existir una salida de la crisis con medidas
financieras. Menos a=FAn pensamos que las mismas recetas neoliberales y
privatizadoras que nos han llevado al desastre, puedan representar en alg=
=FAn
modo una soluci=F3n a los problemas sociales y econ=F3micos que enfrenta
Europa. De lo contrario m=E1s bien, el gobierno participativo de los bienes
comunes fundamentales, empezando por el agua, es el elemento fundamental
para asegurar a todos el acceso a los bienes vitales esenciales, para
redefinir un nuevo modelo social europeo, para construir las bases de una
otra econom=EDa, social y solidaria, y de una Europa de los derechos y de l=
os
bienes comunes, dej=E1ndonos atr=E1s, con la crisis, tambi=E9n la Europa de=
l
mercado y de la competici=F3n.

ction of the European Network for the water Commons=93. The meeting will gather water activists from all ov=
er Europe.=A0

The goal of the meeting is to launch=A0 a European net=
work where all movements, unions, associations and civil society groups can=
 join to share their work for water as a Commons. The network should repres=
ent a =93common platform=94 which can define some shared core points for a =
common action and project; campaigns and instruments to be adopted should t=
hen be defined step by step, as for the European Citizens&#39; Initiative (=
ECI).

We believe that there is not a finance based solution =
of the crisis. Neoliberal receipts are the reasons of the crisis and cannot=
 ever be the solution of the European social and economic problems. On the =
contrary, participative governance of Commons, starting from water, is a ke=
y to guarantee the universal access to essential goods. It is necessary red=
efine a new European Socialeconomy and a build a new Europe based on rights=

El objetivo del encuentro es encaminar el proceso de constituci=
=F3n de una red europea que una -en un espacio com=FAn- a todos los movimie=
ntos, las asociaciones, los sindicatos y los grupos sociales que luchan en =
Europa por el agua bien com=FAn. Una red que pueda definir una =93plataform=
a compartida=94, o sea los elementos pilares de una acci=F3n y de un proyec=
to com=FAn, identificando cada vez que campa=F1as y herramientas emprender,=
 como por ejemplo el ICE. =A0

Creemos que no pueda existir una salida de la crisis con medidas =
financieras. Menos a=FAn pensamos que las mismas recetas neoliberales y pri=
vatizadoras que nos han llevado al desastre, puedan representar en alg=FAn =
modo una soluci=F3n a los problemas sociales y econ=F3micos que enfrenta Eu=
ropa. De lo contrario m=E1s bien, el gobierno participativo de los bienes c=
omunes fundamentales, empezando por el agua, es el elemento fundamental par=
a asegurar a todos el acceso a los bienes vitales esenciales, para redefini=
r un nuevo modelo social europeo, para construir las bases de una otra econ=
om=EDa, social y solidaria, y de una Europa de los derechos y de los bienes=
 comunes, dej=E1ndonos atr=E1s, con la crisis, tambi=E9n la Europa del merc=
ado y de la competici=F3n.=A0
