[fse-esf] decision of the Austrian Social Forum (ASF) concerning a possible next ESF in Vienna

On its preparation meeting on Septembre 18th the  Austrian Social Forum felt the following unanimous decision.

 

"The ASF is reacts to the proposal raised at the ESF in Istanbul to organize the next ESF in Vienna in a positive way. We are ready to organize the next  ESF in two years in  Vienna  when there is also support through social forums in other countries- financial and practical.

 

When there is the ESF in Vienna we would integrate our Austrian Social Forum 2012 in the international event".

 

In the meantime we informed the mayor of Vienna and the Austrian Trade Union Congress (ÖGB) about this decision.
