Dear Leo,

We have a long experience with solidarity fund, a necessity if we want to
favorize a large participation in the ESF from activits and countries
which have no possibility to participate without this cooperation.
We hope that we will find solutions, before and during the ESF, in order
to organize the solidarity.

But it is clear that the realization of the very interesting project you
speak on needs now immediatly concret answers. As european network,
Transform! can give 1000E as advance. We hope that this can contribute to
go forwards. And we ask that the question of the solidarity found will be
discussed by the TOC, the EPA or other assemblies in Istanbul, in order to
find a more collective solution.

In solidarity,
Elisabeth Gauthier (Transform!)
