[fse-esf] ESF program and payment

Dear Organizing Group,

thank you for the information below. Unfortunately does the payment not work in the way it is described on the website.

"In order to make payment please click the logo above, after that you will be directed to a website in which you can make the payment".

How could we achieve to be mentioned in the program, if the precondition is to assure a payment within 2 days without a operable functionality on the website and without additional information about the bank account?
 
Please let us know when a online payment is available and give us a adequate deadline for making the payments.
