[fse-esf] Program

I have some questions and request if it's possible...

 

About the final program:

 

We have a big information meeting with all the FGTB's participants (70 persons)

 

Normally it was previous to have the final program on the 3 June, it's for that we program this information meeting one week later.... But unfortunately we have any programme yet to propose to the 70 people.  So it could be very nice to send it before 15h tomorrow?

 

About the payement...

 

How did it work?

We had to register the people on the web site http://www.esf2010.org/

 

And now we have to pay on the http://esfistanbul.org/

 

 

I register all the info on the first web site, but I received any invoice. I can't pay just like that, I need a prove for my account department...

 

Could you explain me how it's work and how to have the total price of the fees for my organization.

 

About the venues...

 

On the new website there is a map with a full of venues (?).  But we can't see anything.  The link doesn't work and the PDF document either.

 

It's possible to have proper and visible map?

The program supposed to be ready last week, but many people haven't send their room sizes, languages and the final title of their activities. But if everybody doesn't send those informations until this Friday we will keep the list as it is now and the final program with the dates will be sent to list this weekend. 

Also you can make the payments through, the esfistanbul.org website. In this link http://esfistanbul.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=5:payments when you click on the log, you will go to a webpage in which you can make the payment through, credit card, bank account or paypal. You can use the site in different languages in order to change the language please check the right top corner the website. You can write the amount you are going to pay and afterwards follow the instructions given by the website. For your, problems regarding the payment or program you can write to sosyalforum2010 at gmail.com . Also please send an information mail tososyalforum2010 at gmail.com after the payment to confirm.

Hello again,

Can someone please answer about the program - or give any other information about when it will be ready? Does the program group know?

I really need to know, so I can be sure the speakers can come (they can not be there during the whole forum, only the day of the seminar...).
