[fse-esf] URGENT : about The FSE process

The Organizing Committe of Turkey had its first meeting after Diyarbakir
EPA on this Saturday, that's why we couldn't inform you earlier about the
dates. In the meeting on this Saturday, it was decided that it would be
better to have the Program Working Group Meeting in Paris in the second
half of the November and preferably in a weekend.  About Program Working
Group, we also decided it would be better to be in the second half of the
November and preferably in the weekend. But we will need help on the Visa
issues from the French Committee.

Also about the date of the ESF 2010, as you know both in Vienna and
Diyarbakir EPAs it was asked to change the dates of the ESF because of the
US Social Forum. And in Organizing Committee meeting we have decided to
postpone the ESF for a week. So the new dates will be 1-4 July 2010.
