Dear Member / Network / Organisation within Civil Society Climate Action
  
On behalf of the Klimaforum09 Board & Secretariat, we are pleased to invite
you / your 
organisation / your network to a Klimaforum09 status & network meeting 18
October from 
12.30 ­ 17.00. 
 
The organisation behind Klimaforum09 has worked extremely hard during the
last months. 
Now is the time to give you a status on the Klimaforum09 programme and
declaration 
process. 
 
Following the presentation we have allocated time and space for questions
regarding the 
details in the programme, and to get involved in the Klimaforum09
declaration process.
 
Besides the Klimaforum09 activities we will also give you an update on key
events 
arranged by other civil society, grass root and NGO organisations during the
period 6-18 
Dec. On top of this we also arrange a number of dialogue/network meetings.
 
The meeting will take place at the venue, Lyrskovsgade 4, Vesterbro,
Copenhagen. We 
remind you that foods and drinks are ³self service² (i.e. remember to bring
this along 
yourself)  
 
Registration for the meeting is not necessary
