PROPOSAL FOR THE PROGRAMME OF THE EPA IN VIENNA 

On the base of the letters we got and our discussions in Austria we propose
the following agenda for the EPA in Vienna June 19th to 21st. 

All discussions will take place at

the Enlargement Committee and BABEL; the financial situation after Malmö
2008)

16:30h – 18:30 General Discussion: The structural reforms of the ESF –
process (methodology, establishment of a “European working group” etc.)
