On Tuesday, 9th June, the EU 27 Finance Ministers and Governors of the
EU house bank - European Investment Bank, are gathering for their 51st
annual general meeting in Luxembourg.

On 20th May, Counter Balance coalition launched a campaign to challenge
EIB's support for companies based in tax havens, and we placed a cartoon
advert in 3 key newspapers in the UK, Italy and Germany.

I am writing to follow up on our work on EIB and tax havens. 

On the 9th June, we are organising an action on EIB and tax havens,
here in Brussels, and at the same time launching a study that Eurodad
did on the topic. 



Since you have been following the issue, I wanted to ask whether Tax
Justice Network will support the action, and release of the study. I
can send you the draft version of the study to have an idea about it if
you like.



The idea for the action is to have it in front of the Council on the
9th, between 8-10, it will be small, we will distribute some leaflets 
- the cartoon we launched:

It would be great if you send me your thoughts about it, if you have
any questions, I would be happy to speak.
