Dear Matyas, dear all,

on Monday the Greek SF will have another meeting to discuss the possibility of covering the travel costs of the CEE participants. The only thing I can say for now is that we have the possibility to cover one ticket, that is for only one participant from each country. 

Further information on this issue you will get on Monday, as well as for the programme!

Dear Lina,Many thanks for hosting the next EPA in Athens. Only one important question (mainly for us: the CEE participants):

Can we rely on full reimbursement of our travel costs and will free solidarity accomodation be provided?

I wish to request you to give time and space on Friday in the afternoon 13/03/2008 for the CEE Network meeting.

Invitation to the EPA Meeting 

( Athens , Greece ,
13-15 March 2009) 

Dear friends, 

We would like to inform you
that the next meeting of the European Preparatory Assembly (EPA) on preparation
of the 6th European Social Forum (ESF) will be held on March 13-15,
2009 in Athens .
The next European Social Forum is scheduled to take place in Istanbul in 2010.  

The EPA meeting in Athens
will become an important tool for promotion of the coordination between the
different social movements of our continent, especially after the latest social
developments in Greece that bring to the surface once again the urgent need for
joint resistance of the people of Europe.  

On behalf of
the EPA
Organizing Committee, we invite you to participate in the next European Preparatory Assembly and all its proceedings that will take place in Athens from 13 March to 15
March 2009.  

We regard your presence very important in these
activities. Your participation will enable you to meet and discuss with people
that participate in the social resistance in Greece and in many other
countries, to plan with other social organizations the next steps of our
movement and also you will have the opportunity to contribute to the issues
raised in the European
Preparatory Assembly, something that is essential for the development of the
European Social Forum.

Concerning accommodation and programme, you will receive further information tonight.

Dear all,
Yesterday we finalised that  we will undertake to organise EPA in Athens
13-15 March. Comrade Natasha Theodorakopoulou spoke with many comrades in

Belem, and we also got 10 mails of agreement. We considered the agreements
adequate in order to take this decision.
Now we would like anyone needing visa to send us a request as soon as
possible.
We are going to send a proposal for the activities of the EPA by the end of

the week.
