AND THE MANIFESTO (PLATFORM) OF THIRD(3rd) COMMUNIST INTERNATIONAL (COMINTERN).  ??
N.B. Obviously people were not as informed then about Ecological Threats to Mankind and the Planet as we are now.

We propose that the Networks
 Meetings try to include some discussion on these issues.
By the time of the Athens EPA we will know the outcome of this Extraordinary EU Summit.

We propose - at the 'Meeting of the Networks - The Assembly of the Social Movements'
We disscuss together 'Our Alternatives to the World Capitalist Market' and Discuss our
Action Plan in Response to The EU Action Plan coming from their Summit.

Dear all,
Yesterday we finalised that  we will undertake to organise
 EPA in Athens
13-15 March. Comrade Natasha Theodorakopoulou spoke with many comrades in
Belem, and we also got 10 mails of agreement. We considered the agreements
adequate in order to take this decision.
Now we would like anyone needing visa to send us a request as soon as
possible.
We are going to send a proposal for the activities of the EPA by the end of
the week.
