Propositions for EPA-Kiev 
   Dear comrades,
    We propose to conduct in the framework of EPA meeting in Kiev 7 June 2008 to conduct the seminar-discussion of human rights and social activists on the topic “The role and tasks of progressive lawyers under the conditions of capitalist globalization”. 
    
  Moderators: 
  Stanislav Markelov – the president of Institute of Law Supremacy (Russia), 
  Oleg Vernyk – Chairman of the Central Committee of Zakhyst Pratsi trade union (Ukraine).
   
  Subjects of the seminar:
  
   Participation of the progressive lawyers in      human rights activity.
   Anti-fascist struggle – human rights and      legal aspects.
   Labour law and progressive lawyers’      activity in director of defense of citizens’ labour and trade union rights.
   Aspects of international law in progressive      lawyers’ human rights activity.
   Presentation of Institute of Law Supremacy      – recognized center of human rights legal activity on the post-Soviet      territory.
