[fse-esf] 3rd EPA newsletter KIEV

due to the period of time in which is taking place (last days of the school year) and difficulties in taking days off I cannot participate to this EPA in Kiev.
I am very sorry 
Is there anybody who can take care of the 3rd newsletter to spread the decisions taken?
