[fse-esf] Refund for CEE participation at EPA in Kiev

Dear CEE participants in the ESF process


We know make a last call for applying for a guarantee in advance of a refund
from the Solidarity fund of 2/3 of travel costs for participating in the
European prepatory meeting in Kiev 5-8.6 with a European program meeting
5.6, social movement assemblies 6.6 and EPA 7-8.6. So far 22 participants
have applied from Belarus, Chechia, Georgia, Hungary, Moldavia, Russia and
Ukraine but there is still resources for some more. To get the refund in
Kiev an original ticket for low-budget transport has to be presented and a
copy made. The sum must be agreed upon in advance. Applications made to

In addition to the refund of 2/3 of the travel cost there is the possibility
of additional refunding of exceeding costs for the participation if needed.
This may also include CEE delegates that apply to late to recieve guarantee
in advance. These resources comes from the participation fee paid by Western
European delegates which is normally 50 euro but now some delgates will also
pay 200 voluntarily. How high this amount will be cannot be estimated in
full in advance.
