Dear Tord, ESF friends,

Political ESF - Perspectives:

Solutions

 4. At the European level it is possible to create a tighter overlapping
system of cooperation between like minded movements that can also promote
their ideas in a common selection of articles and present their ideas in a
politically motivated newspaper which brings activism and intellectual
analysis closer to each other.

5. Finally a discussion forum can be established at www.openesf.net
<http://www.openesf.net> or www.esf2008.org <http://www.esf2008.org>  or
www.fse-esf.org.

The concept originally put forward at a Media Seminar and ESF Website Workshop at the ESF in Athens was for an ESF Activists' Newsline/Forum website containing News, Analysis and Opinions from the ESF Networks connected to the main fse-esf.org website.

This concept was supported by the ESF Webteam and the EPA in Stockholm,September 2007.

Since the EPA in Istanbul in December 2007 and the opening of the openesf.net site some of us have been experimenting with the ESF Activists News Agency space (This is a 'working title'  and experimental site - all open to change!)
http://openesf.net/projects/esf-activists-news-network/blog/

Do Activists think that this space could be developed with the 'discussion forum' that Tord
and activists suggest in point 5 ?

Merlin.
