[fse-esf] Announcement of CEE EPA funding

Dear CEE cooperation partners!


We now announce the possibility for applying for 2/3 of the travel costs to
the EPA meeting in Kiev 5-8.6, the last preparatory meeting before the
European Social Forum to be held in Malmö 17-21.9. On 5.6 there is a
European program meeting, 6.6 Social movements assembly meetings and 7-8.6
the EPA meeting. 

Only travel costs will be possible to fund from the solidarity fund, food
and accomodation agreements have to be made with the Ukrainian hosts. The
travel cost has to be low-budget and agreed upon in advance. The
applications will be dealt with as they come, in general first asking first
getting with the exception of two principles, geographical balance but also
acknowledging if the organisation applying have made efforts in the
prepatory process. The total sum from the Solidarity fund cannot exceed 20
000 SEK which is a bit more than 2 000 euro.

There will also be possibility for reimbursement in Kiev through the
solidarity payments by Western Euperean participants. As this method cannot
guarantee a certain sum in advance NOC have decided to give a limited
support from the Solidarity fund.
