[fse-esf] Meeting of program group Malmö 26./27.04.

Dear ESF NOC Friends,


I would like to ask a number of practical questions
concerning the ESF Program Meeting in Malmo.

Although it has always been stated that the Eastern
European question and issues are very important for
the ESF process, I think it has almost always happened
(excepting Brussels meeting of January 2005)that
Eastern European participation has been hindered at
the Program WG Meetings because there has never been
solidarity funding nor accommodation provided.

Having in view that the NOC ESF-5 has repeatedly
restated the importance granted to Eastern Europe my
questions are the following:

(1) Is there any solidarity funding available for
Eastern European representatives so as to facilitate
their participation at the Malmo Program WG?
(2) Is there any chance for having provided solidarity
accommodation or, at least, cheap accommodation in
Malmo for the two days during which the Program WG
will be organized?
(3) Where exactly would be the location of the venue
where the Program WG will be held? (address, details
of how to get to the venue from Copenhagen airport,
phone numbers/email addresses in case of necessity,
etc)?
