[fse-esf] On EPA in Kiev

Dear comrades from the Organizing committee of Social Forum in Ukraine (SFU),

the Organizing committee of Ukrainian Social Forum (USF)

welcomes our joint success at European Preparatory Assembly (EPA) in Berlin on February 23-24, 2008 which decided to hold the next EPA in Kiev on June 6-8, 2008. This decision was the result of our coordinated efforts when interests of our organizations had been subordinated to the tasks of our common cause. Thanks to Boris Kagarlitsky who supported our joint initiative now we have a real opportunity for creative and active work on appropriate organization of the next EPA in Kiev. In compliance with decisions of EPA in Berlin and in order to start preparations for EPA in Kiev immediately Ukrainian Social Forum officially proposes comrades from Social Forum in Ukraine

to hold a joint open meeting to set up a unified, open to all Ukrainian social activists, organizing committee for preparation of EPA in Kiev as soon as possible.
