[fse-esf] Closing of themes proposal for ESF 2008 on website

Dear all!
We are closing the process of submitting theme propsals on the website
www.esf2008.org very shortly.
If you haven't already submitted a propsal, please do so at the latest
tomorrow. We will now make a new summary of all the incoming proposals
to bring with us to the program group meeting in paris next weekend.
