Dear Dariusz,

Albeit we cannot financially support your fight, I would like to express the Solidarity of the Hungarian Social Forum-Social Roundtable with the struggle of the Polish Miners. Parallely with your strike in Hungary a very important social coalition is developing against the privatisation law of the Health Insurance system. Our activity is oriented to the strenghtening of the joint of forces for preserving the Solidarity Insurance system of Health. A national coordinating conference of social organisations, trade unions and political forces is to be held for this reason on 5th January. Our goal is the withdrawal of the law allowing the market liberalisation of the public healthcare, not excluding the posibility of a national referendum.

With the traditional solidarity between the Workers of our Countries, Poland and Hungary

    Endre Simó
