Excuse me, but there is something wrong in this proposal:
1. Who did decide in Berlin to start a new mailing list?
2. Who did decide in Berlin to give the name Central Eastern European Initiative to this mailing list?
3. Who did decide in Berlin who would be the owner of  such a list?
4. Who did decide in Berlin to cease the existing all East European list, the EAFEAST?
5. Why the owner of the ESFEAST list - Mr. Tanay Marcell, Attac, Hungary - does not comply his assumed tasks concerning the esfeast list? (eg. by adding the proposed new addresses on it.)
6. Why should we risk the same situation with a new list, that is occuring with the old one, also ownered by Attac Hungary?

A really common mailing list must be ownered by serious people, with sense of responsibility for the list  members and for all the ESF. So I propose to come back to the problem in Kiev EPA, and take a common decision about with the double key solution, allowing a permanent double control over the functioning of the common list. Up to Kiev we must follow with the existing ESFEAST list. I invite Mr. Tanay and Attac Hungary to guarantee the normal functioning of the list and include also the new people proposed by Hennelore Tölke.
