Hello,

We just saw that the program of the network meetings changed : as  you 
didn't send the new program on the esf fse mailing  list, we didn't knew 
the changes and we announced to the public services network that our 
meeting was taking place from 11h to 13h00 and from 14h00 to 16h00.
Besides, when we asked for a room a month ago, we expressly asked that 
the public services network meeting and the labour and  globalization 
network meeting DO NOT  take place at the same time (or at least not 
entirely).
I know that it is hard for you to make everybody happy with the agenda, 
but could you please reschedule the public services network meeting?
Thanks a lot for telling us if it's possible
