[fse-esf] WEB // 'Education network' space

Hi

After 'Public services' and 'Charter' networks, the network 'Education' 
has now a publishing area on the fse-esf.org website. It's a
first step that may evolve with additionnal documents and when more 
networks will also have their own web space (possibilities of 
transversal links).

This space is now functional and fed by members of the network, under 
the responsability of Florian lascroux (FR), referent for the network 
and the ESF website.

You will find:
- A presentation of the network (EN and FR)
- Documents produced as a result of AEP or ESF
- a contact address

The other ESF networks may also have their own webspace if they wish. 
The next ones will be 'Migration network' and 'Women network'. A full 
presentation of those spaces will be made at next EPA in Berlin. For
