Dear Hugo and german team organizing the EPA:

Thanks for your work. Please could you reserve also a space on Friday for a Webteam meeting? A working workshop on the openesfnet in the morning and a webteam general meeting in the afternoon. 

Apart, during the Assembly we would like to provide also tool training (as in Istambul), so it would be good to have a table and a corner with easy access to power electricity where to create the playground.
