[fse-esf] HELP !

Hello,

since one month and more, it is impossible to pay for my 
organization. I have a code of register.
1 - I go to "pay online"
2 -  i enter my registration code + No + Next
3 - i see the name of my organization and the fee.  I "Procced to 
online payment"
4 - i have the  message of securité AND :  "ATTENZIONE, Il sito da 
cui si proviene non è abilitato ad effettuare transazioni di 
pagamento oppure si è verificato un errore nel passaggio dei dati dal 
server del negozio al sistema di pagamento. La preghiamo di 
contattare il responsabile tecnico del negozio dal quale sta tentando 
di effettuare il pagamento.' IN RED !!!

I am very very annoyer, angry...

Please, who can help me ? why it is impossible ?
