[fse-esf] About the program and payment

[ESF 2008]

Dear all!
We are in the process of sending out invoices to all activties right
now. Don't worry if you havent received one yet even if the deadline
is passed. We are working as fast as we can :-) We are sending them by
email to the contact person of each actvitity, so it might well be
that your activtity already got an invoice, but if you are not the
contact person, you might not know about it. Please check this with
the contact person of your activity in the first hand and not with us!

The preliminary schedule is almost finished, we will send it out and
put it on the website as soon as it is ready. We have tried to take
your wishes about day and time into consideration as much as possible.
