[fse-esf] About Deadline tomorrow for Malmö

Dear people,
I want to know if the deadline for tomorrow (finalisation of programs) 
is still... tomorrow. Until Thursday/Friday could be ok? Several 
seminars seem to be difficult to coordinate because of internal 
coordination inside organisations themselves and coordination among 
(sometimes many) partners. Indeed, despite hollidays we have to be 
definitive about texts, titles, names, and in my field as well as for 
direct migrant partner associations of my country in the name i am 
allowed to speak, it seems not that easy... For the last, the leader 
organisation of the seminar, a big Northern foundation/internationl 
network we work with for first time, which never contacted us (but 
welcame us nicely by phone) was still not aware today that deadline was 
tomorrow... and still planning a further internal preparation meeting 
later this week... And in my own direct field, where i am supposed to 
coordinate 7 to 9 different national organisations over Europe dedicated 
to conflict resolution, despite our commitment, some information is 
still awaited during this week, esp. definitive names (esp. contact 
persons have themselves some internal contacting pbs because of 
hollidays, say they need a couple of more days at this beginning of 
week). Meanwhile, some partners are urging for tomorrow morning, and do 
not respond anymore for now...
Please can we wait a little bit 2 or 3 days more?
Thanks in advance, and thanks for all to the NOC, that for sure gets 
crazy before end of summer :-)
