[fse-esf] culture - new deadline, May 14th!!

Are you now in a position to answer the question I asked some time ago. 
Do performers have to pay for spaces in the same way that organisers of 
seminars and workshops do? Do performers have to pay for entrance to 
the ESF?
It is impossible to proceed until the answers are clear.
