I would suggest that we need, as previously announced, also to discuss, or
start to discuss, some visible events or, at least, have a proposal from the
NOC. Would it be possible? Thanks

  11.40 Introduction to how merging process has worked previously by
previous organisers

  13.00 Lunch

  14.00 Discussion on criteria for merging

    a.. What principles should we have regardning

      a.. Cooperation?

        a.. What counts as cooperation?

          a.. Special principles for cooperation regarding the largest rooms

        b.. Quality vs quantity?

        c.. What does participation from CEE mean? How should it be
accomplished?

        d.. What is participation from the South?

        e.. How to controle the gender aspect (and other criteria)?

        f.. Sould there be quotas?

        g.. Should there be a certain number of seminars reserved for
CEE-countries and feminist-movement?

  18.00 Discussion about mobilisation and fundrasing (by the enlargement
group)
