Dear All,

The petition "Speculation and collapse : enough !", launched by 50  
european economists in more than 10 media, has already reach 23 000  
signatures in 10 days. This petition call for the abrogation of the  
article 56 of the Lisbon Treaty, which forbids any restrictions on  
capital flows. This call is now proposed to signature to european  
unions, associations and political organizations. If your
