To all organisations who registered before 4th of April

As you might have noticed, we now have a new website. During the
transition period from the old to the new system, it was unfortunately
not possible to register or edit your organisation registration, or to
log in to make or edit program proposals. The new system is now fully
operational on our website www.esf2008.org, but the codes you recieved
when registering in the old system are no longer valid. To minimise
the problems this may cause you, we are currently re-entering the
information you submitted into the new system, and most of you will
already have recieved your new codes. Use these codes to log in and
make program proposals, or edit the information about your
organisation. All the new organisation codes start with ORG and then
some numbers. A log in name is no longer required.

If you log in with your organisation code and find that your program
proposal is not there, don't be alarmed, we are adding them as well
for you, so no information is lost. But since we have to do this
manually, it takes a little time. If you have not received your new
code or your program proposal by friday this week the latest, please
contact us at registration at esf2008.org. We have a record of all the
new codes. Please also take a moment to check the information so that
there are no mistakes.

In order for people to have time to register their program proposals,
we have also prolonged the proposal-period until 31st of May.

We apologise for the inconvenience this might have caused you, and
look forward to building an exciting program for the fifth ESF
together with you! If you have any questions about the program

Till alla organisationer som registrerat sig före den 4:e april

Som ni kanske har märkt så har vi nu en ny hemsida. Under
övergångstiden från det gamla till det nya systemet har det tyvärr
inte varit möjligt att registrera eller ändra er organisations
registrering, eller att logga in och föreslå programaktiviteter. Det
nya systemet är nu i funktion på vår hemsida www.esf2008.org, men de
koder ni fick när ni registrerade er i det gamla systemet är inte
längre gilitga. För att minimera de problem som övergången skapat för
er håller vi nu på med att överföra er information på nytt i det nya
systemet. De flesta av er bör redan ha fått era nya koder. Använd de
nya koderna för att logga in och göra programförlag, samt för att
uppdatera informationen om er organisation. Alla nya
organisationskoder börjar med ORG och följs av en serie nummer. Inget
användarnamn behövs längre.

Om ni loggar in med organisations-registreringskoden och inte hittar
ert programförslag, bli inte oroliga, vi håller på och överför även
den informationen, och ingen information har tappats bort på vägen.
Men då vi gör allt manuellt så tar det lite tid. Om ni inte har fått
någon ny kod senast på fredag denna vecka, kontakta oss på
registration at esf2008.org. Vi har en lista på alla de nya koderna. Ta
även gärna lite tid på er och kolla igenom informationen så att det
inte blivit några misstag.

För att alla ska kunna få tid på sig att hinna föreslå
programaktiviteter har vi även förlängt anmälningstiden till den 31
maj.

Vi ber om ursäkt för de eventuella problem som hemsidesflytten har
inneburit för er, och ser fram emot att bygga ett spännande program
för det 5:e ESF tillsammans med er! Om ni har ytterligare frågor om

A toutes les organisations inscrites avant le 4 avril

Comme vous avez peut-être remarqué, nous avons maintenant un nouveau
site. Pendant cette période de transition, il n'a malheureusement pas
été possible de s'inscrire, de changer les informations de
l'inscription ou de proposer des activités pour le programme. Le
nouveau système fonctionne maintenant sur notre site ww.esf2008.org
mais les codes que vous aviez recu lors de votre inscription à
l'ancien système ne sont plus valables. Pour minimiser les
conséquences de la transition, nous vous réinscrivons dans le nouveau
système. La plupart d'entre vous devrait déjà avoir recu les nouveaux
codes. Utiliser ces nouveaux codes pour ouvrir une session et faire
vos propositions d'activités pour le programme, mais aussi pour mettre
à jour l'information concernant votre organisation. Tous codes
d'organisation commencent désormais par "ORG" suivi d'une série de
chiffres. Il n'y a plus de nom d'utilisateur.

Si vous ouvrez une session avec votre code d'organisation recu lors de
l'inscription et que vous ne trouviez pas votre proposition, pas de
panique, nous sommes en train de faire la transition des données et
aucune information n'est perdue. Mais comme nous le faisons
manuellelent cela prend un peu de temps. Si vous n'avez pas recu de
nouveau code d'ici vendredi de cette semaine, contactez nous à
registration at esf2008.org. Nous avons une liste de tous les nouveaux
codes. Prenez un peu de temps pour vérifier qu' il n'y a pas d'erreurs
dans l'information récupérée.

Pour que tout le monde ait le temps de faire des propositions, nous
avons prolongé la période pour en faire, jusquáu 31 mai.

Nous nous excusons des problèmes éventuels que le déménagement du site
à pu causer et nous sommes impatients de contruire un programme
intéressant avec vous pour le 5ieme FSE ! Si vous avez des questions
