[fse-esf] registration on esf2008.org

[ESF 2008]

As many of you have noticed, unfortunately the registration forms on the
esf2008.org website are gone. Some of you have also not recieved the
registration codes you should have when you registered.
This is because we are changing web provider and website programmer, and
have to move all the information from the old website to a new one. We
expect the forms as well as the new website to be up and running again this
week, including the searchable database of the incoming program proposals.
Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you!
