[fse-esf] Short report from EPA

Hi! I am not the moderator (fortunately), but maybe I may suggest that
you, Hilde, and everybody else (incl. myself) would post the reports etc.
as plain text to this list? That will be a service to, for instance, those
who still use stone-age equipment like telephone modems. The beautifully
layouted and formatted files should not be attached to the postings. 
Instead, they should at the same time (or almost) go up on the world wide
web (in the open eLibrary, for instance, or wherever you want) and be
linked to in your/our postings. Sorry for using so many words. Aham avero
homi, as they sing. Should we all wear a red shirt on Friday?
