Chers amis,

Ainsi que nous vous l’avons annoncé, nous serons présentes à Stockholm, 
pour vous présenter notre travail sur le site http://www.fse-esf.org 
<http://www.fse-esf.org/> et vous proposer un projet de gestion commune 
de la mémoire du FSE, basé sur notre expérience et sur l’acquis de ces 
dernières années. Vous trouverez le détail de ce projet dans le fichier 
attaché ci-joint (version anglaise demain ou sur place à partir de 
vendredi).

Nous souhaiterions aborder avec vous, notamment lors de la réunion de 
vendredi de 15h à 16h45 (« website network meeting ») , les points 
suivants :

- La mémoire du forum en amont de l’événement : choix de la (les) 
méthode(s), des formats, des types de documents... et l’organisation de 
cette collecte

- La conservation de ces documents : où, quand, comment, par qui ?

- La valorisation des documents sur Internet, leur accessibilité et la 
gestion partagée de ce fonds commun de mémoire à long terme, incluant la 
question des langues et des passerelles linguistiques

Nous sommes à votre disposition durant ces journées et nous vous disons 
à très bientôt.

Dear friends,

As we announced it to you, we will be in Stockholm, to present our work 
on the http://www.fse-esf.org site and to propose a project of common 
management of the memory of the FSE, based on our experiment and the 
asset of these last years. You will find the details of this project in 
the file attached herewith (English version tomorrow or on the spot on 
Friday).

We would wish to approach with you, in particular during the meeting of 
Friday of 15h with 16h45 (“website network meeting”), the following points:
- Memory of the forum upstream of the event: choice of the method (S), 
of the formats, the types of documents… and the organization of this 
collection
- Conservation of these documents: where, when, how, by who?
- The valorization of the documents on Internet, their accessibility and 
the shared management of long-term memory, including the question of the 
languages and the linguistic footbridges
