[fse-esf] Info on demo in Budapest

About 20 thousand Hungarians have demonstrated in Budapest Wednesday evening against the privatisation of the Health Assurance System, the suppression of railway lines, the demolishement of the welfare and the cuts of the ruling coalition of Socialists and Free Democrats. The demonstration on Kossuth Square, in front of the National Assembly has followed a day of walkouts in a lot of fields from the railways to the teachers. The Budapest demo has been organized by two TU confederations and many TU-s of branch is co-operation and the mobilisation of many civic and professional organisations, among them the Chamber of Doctors, Living Chaine, Humanists, Protect the Future, Association of People with large Families, Attac. Also some political parties have joined, others supported it. Floor was given also to the representative of the Hungarian Social Forum-Social Roundtable. The demo has taken place peacefully.
