[fse-esf] Instructions to join the Network on Labour in the WSF

Hi all,
I don't remember if I already sent this info, but since some people is
asking how to join the group "Labour and Globalization" created after the
assembly in Nairobi by the Network on Labour in the WSF, I send you down
here the instuctions to join the group. 
Unfortunately the webiste (www.wsfprocess.net) is very complicated. So
probably in the future we'll have to move the work of the group in another
space. But for now this is the tool we set up.

Basic instructions to join the group "Labour and Globalization" in the
common space of the FSM in the website www.wsfprocess.net 


Personal Registration 

It is the first step you have to do. Go to the website, click on "new user"
and register yourself. You will receive an automatic message to your email
with one password. When you'll reconnect yourself as a user, you can change
the password, clicking on "preferences" up to right of the screen.


Register your Organization 

After you have registered yourself, register your organization, clicking on
"register organization" on the right of the screen. Before making it, verify
that your organization already has not been recorded by others, clicking on
the window "Organisations".  


Personal registration to an Organization already inscribed

If your organization is already inscribed in the site www.wsfprocess.net,
after you personally have inscribed, search your organization clicking on
the window "Organisations". Therefore enter in its web space and precisely
in its page "Participants". From there you will be able to send an automatic
email to be invited in the space of your organization. Then, attend of being
admitted by who already is registered. Once you will be admitted, the
website will recognize you automatically and the organization will appear on
the left of your screen. 


Search the Group "Labour and Globalization" 

After you have registered yourself and your organization, search the group
"Labour and Globalization". Up to the left of the screen there is always
visible the window to access to the area of the groups already inscribed,
that can be explored by a specific search engine.


Join the group "Labour and Globalization"

Once you have found the group, enter in its web space, clicking on its name.
Then enter in the area "participants"  and ask to be invited by sending an
email and you will be admitted by the people already in it.


Once member of a group or organization

Once member, you will be automatically inscribed to the mailing of the
group; you will be able, directly by your e-mail, to write to all the
participants and to receive their messages; you can access to the archives
of the mailing list (in the area "contact participants"); you can see who
are the other participants; you can contribute to the development of the
common web space, adding ("add item") or editing ("edit") documents; also
you can invite other people inscribed in the web www.wsfprocess.net to join
the group or the organization ("invite participants").


Enlarge the participants in the group or in the organization 

>From the web space of your group, you can invite to join it other people but
only if they are inscribed in the web www.wsfprocess.net. You can do it by
the function "invite participants". To invite people who is not inscribed,
it is necessary first to ask them to inscribe to the web www.wsfprocess.net,
sending them these instructions.
