[fse-esf] in the EPA: open meeting on international coordination

Hello all

In previous meetings of the esf was refered and discussed the possibility of 
taking the oportunity of the EPA to have an open meeting on international 
movements coordination, like an Open debate on Social movement in Europe.
We should have that moment sometime before the EPA in Lisbon, on Friday the 
30th.


A lot of people will arrive before the EPA in order to participate on the 
network meetings, but we don't know how many will arrive in the morning or 
in the afternoon/evening.


We would like to have some feedback from the people who are coming to Lisboa 
on this, so we can decide when to have such a meeting. The network meetings 
will be on friday untill 20h.
Should this big open meeting take place after 20h? Or should we use sometime 
during the afternoon to have this? This would cause us to eventually reduce 
time on some network meetings, so that both things wouldn't be on the same 
time.

I don't know how to proceed with a solution for this...
