Dear OWINFS members,

In an OWINFS conference call earlier this week, it was agreed that a
sign-on letter by civil society groups be sent to Pascal Lamy declaring
that the Doha agenda should be pronounced dead and calling for a
moratorium on WTO negotiations to work on an alternative agenda and
model.

The proposed letter is attached. We would like to send this letter and
make it public with as many member organizations signing on as possible.
We need to have your response by the end of the busienss day on Friday,
July 13.

Please fill in the quick form below to sign the statement:

  Yes, we sign the statement!
Name of organization (This is an organizational sign-on statement
only!):
Country (international or regional groups should state this):
Area of focus (labor union, peasant group, environmental etc):
Number of people your organization represents:
Contact person (NOTE - this is an organizational sign-on statement and
  individuals will not be listed):

Sign-ons should be sent to Margrete Strand
Margrete.strand at sierraclub.org
(rather than the whole list please), and make sure that you send in
your
  sign-on by July 13th. Thanks!
