1.....THE RIGHT TO SUSTAINED HUMAN LIFE - THE RIGHT TO LAND.

.............".most of the planet's population has, at the very best, limited citizenship, irrespective of each individuals's alleged constitutional status. Either the states of the world refuse their people landownership rights, or such states are so disorganised that their people cannot assert such a right. And while over 100 countries of the world subscribe to international CHARTERS, such as the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, most make no effort to implement, in full, the first human right, which is THE RIGHT TO LIFE AND THE MEANS TO SUSTAIN LIFE.

It is that last phrase,'the means to sustain life, that makes things difficult for governments. Regimes, even bad ones, dont directly murder their people nowadays, generally, but they do nothing to make the right to life properly meaningful, because that would mean giving real security, but also real power, to their people, as we will now show.

To make the right to life functional, three other attached and inseperable rights have to be considered. The right to life itself has no meaning if not accompanied by the right to water, to food and to shelter, that brings us to the most basic connection between fundamental human rights and LAND. Shelter, to be meaningful has to be secure. A bunch of branches that provides cover for a few days serves no meaningful purpose in lives that are meant to endure for decades. The securest form of shelter is a hard-built home, owned outright by the person or family living in it.

The right to secure shelter is inseperable from the other two attendent rights because, in most practical situations, water and food will not keep you long alive if you have no shelter. ............................"

  2. THE AUTHORS OF THE STATE, IT'S ARCHITECTS AND CONSTUCTORS ...."WE THE PEOPLE(S)..................................."

"...........As the occupants of a state, citizens are the sole authors of a state's being, the sole source of it's authority and the sole reason and purpose for the state's existance. It follows that the only existence a state can have is that confered on it by it's citizens. They do this via a constitution." ................................
