Repeating information issues and proposals
 
You will find here attached a text "ISSUES AND PROPOSALS FRANKFORT". The
same document but in three different programs: Open Office and word
 
This is a summary of the issues and proposal expressed at Frankfurt about
the future of the European Social Forum (ESF) and the European Preparatory
Assembly (EPA)
 
There are two main sections: first "ISSUES" and second "PROPOSALS" .
 
In the "ISSUES" section we have listed all comments, difficulties or even
some general suggestions. 
 
In the "PROPOSALS" section, we listed all the concrete proposals.
 
We divided each section in  "GENERAL", "METHODOLOGY", "EPA", "LOGISTICS" 
 
In this way all the items have a reference so it will be easier to find and
discuss them:
IG 1 means  Issues General 1
PM 3 means Proposals Methodology 3
 
The aim of this work is to offer a base of discussion in all groups,
countries, networks, local social forum, organizations, Trade Unions,
involved in the process or who wish to be involved. 
 
To add new issues or proposals (one phrase only for each item you propose)
please use the code. ( after PM3 .... I propose PM4)
 
The deadline for the proposals is the  10th of december 
Please send them to the Esf-Fse mailing list and the working group preparing
for the 12th of December will insert them in the list 
 
On the 12th of  December the final draft will be sent to the list and a
working group will meet in Brussels preparing a final Proposals Document for
the next EPA and the agenda.
They will publish the document on the list before the Epa (30,31 and 1st of
April) to give time to discuss.

Frankfurt nov. 2006
