[fse-esf] New Tool after Istambul!

Dear forumers!

At Istambul EPA, the new Open ESF Tool was presented. http://www.openesf.net

This new tool is a networking platform for ESF process and to support the activity merging for the next ESF 2008. 
Space for each EPA network and working groups is provided, including at the moment wiki pages and e-lists (not blogs). New projects and networks can also easily set up an space for them and by themselves .   

The Open ESF Tool presentation at the EPA generated interest and people started registering themselves and their projects right after the tool presentation. There were debate on the open nature of the tool and how it will work out in relation to the actual process of the ESF. The web team is taking all the points under consideration for the tool improvement and will be continuously evaluating the use of this tool in next EPAs.
