Thanks, Pierre: like others, I found this a very useful document. I would
like to second the appeal for an English version: a debate is beginning in
Britain raising an increasingly strong demand - from within the labour
movement as well as more predictably from the Eurosceptical right - for the
Reform Treaty to be submitted to a referendum.
