[fse-esf] Important information about the Stockholm EPA

Dear all,
The EPA is approaching and we are looking forwards to hosting you in
Stockholm. Please take note of the following important information:

1. REGISTRATION
So far, only 50 people have registered. We urge you to register as soon as
possible at www.esf2008.org.

2. SOLIDARITY FUNDING
If you need solidarity funding, make sure you apply for this BEFORE 3rd of
September. This is very important since we will not accept reimbursement
requests that arrive later than this date, or at the meeting itself.
All requests for solidarity funding can be sent to esf2008 at gmail.com, please
write solidarity fund in the subject headline.

3. AGENDA COMMENTS
At the website www.esf2008.org there is a proposed agenda for the EPA.
Please have a look at it and if you have any comments send them to the list
and to the esf2008 at gmail.com address. We would like to build a participatory
process and to do that we need your input!

4. HOTEL BOOKINGS
Some people have had problems when trying to book the hotels listed on the
website www.esf2008.org . This was due to technical problems with the
booking procedure, but it has now been sorted. So if you called or emailed
and was told the the hostel/hotel was full, try again, and give the code EPA
2007 when making a booking request.
The cheapest option is the hostel Skanstull, which is also near the EPA
venue, their email is bokning at skanstullsvandrarhem.se and they should still
have some beds left.
