[fse-esf] EPA in Stockholm 14-16 september

We have finally come to a decision about the EPA in september. 
The place will be Stockholm and the date for the Assembly 14-16 september. Further details will come as soon as possible. 

The main reasons for having the EPA in Stockholm are two:
- We will at the same time have a Nordic gathering to develop strategies on how to expand our network in the Nordic countries. Stockholm is right in the middle of the four Nordic countries involved so far, this will make it easier for all of us to attend the EPA. 
- Stockholm has the resources to arrange the meeting, in respect to venue and people.
