Dear Hugo,

I am sure about your good intentions. That is why I believe that the
German organizers will not be unwilling to include Greek as one of the
Frankfurt EPA languages, since its agenda will include an evaluation of
the Athens ESF. Certainly you are right that our side should send to you
the number of the Greek delegates, as soon as possible.

to offer these three languages was not a not a decision but a proposal
and
so it was not a mistake. At Sept 4th you were asked to react to our
suggestion. Maybe it's not to late to inform us about the number of
Greek

I agree with Anastasia.
I am glad that Hugo and the German comrades took up the tough work to
organize the next EPA in Frankfurt (however, the following EPA after
Frankfurt has to be organized in Central/Eastern European region with
all
efforts!).
I have to remind another very important issue about this EPA: it has
been
postponed to the first weekend in November, thus coinciding with the
Global
Day against Climate Change 4th of November. We should organize or at
least
join an activity against the global climate change during this EPA.
Even more important it is not to harm the climate just with our own
transport to Frankfurt. Frankfurt/Main has the most excellent train
connection in Europe with international trains arriving there at 300
km/h
every hour.
I do not speak about participants from Greece, Russia or Portugal but I
would not be glad to see German participants flying thereto. Should we:
- keep at the rules we have introduced in Athens for registration fees
and
travel reimbursements (not for flights under 1000 km)
- change the invitation so that we offer trains in the first place,
transport from the airport thereafter?
I would like very much to make there rules a good tradition, not needing

to push for them for each and every EPA again.
