„Rostock II » du 10 au 12 novembre 2006-11-16

Rostock, le 12 novembre 2006

En juin 2007 il y prendra place
une grande semaine d’action contre le sommet des G-8 à Heiligendamm.
Les G-8 symbolisent une politique impériale asociale, irresponsable du point de
vue écologique et militariste. Pour y faire face des dizaines de milliers de
gens de la région, de tout le territoire fédéral, d’Europe et du monde vont
protester et rendre visibles des alternatives à la globalisation dominante.
Nous accueillons les actives (femmes et hommes) de l’étranger et serons
heureuses d’une des plus grandes manifestations internationales depuis des
années. Tous les spectres du mouvement critique de la mondialisation dans les
mois avenir entrerons de manière renforcée leurs thèmes et leurs propositions
d’actions dans la discussion publique – ici dans la région tout comme dans les
villes et des pays d’où ils viennent.

Plus de 450 activistes (femmes et
hommes) de tous les pays d’Europe ont participé à la seconde conférence
d’action de Rostock et se sont mis d’accord sur l’Horaire pour la semaine de
manifestations contre le sommet des G-8.

La semaine d’action commence avec la grande manifestation contre le sommet
G-8 le samedi 2 juin,

-        
Le dimanche 3 juin il y aura un grand événement d’accueil qui sera mis en œuvre
ensemble avec nos amies et amis internationaux, et des actions contre le bombodrome que l’Armée fédérale envisage de construire dans
la région de Wittstock,   

-        
Le lundi, 4 juin, il y aura une journée d’action sur la politique de
migration avec des contribution substantielles, actionnistes et culturelles –
sous le mot d’ordre : « Pour la liberté de mouvement globale !
Droits égaux pour tout le monde ! »

-        
Le mardi 5 juin il y aura, dans le cadre de la journée d’action contre le
militarisme, la guerre, la torture et l’état d’urgence mondial, l’aéroport de
Rostock Laage sera bloqué et encerclé pour
« accueillir » les chefs d’États et de gouvernements qui arrivent,

-        
Le mardi commencera le sommet alternatif qui durera jusqu’au jeudi 7 juin.
Une série d’ « événements satellites » du sommet alternatif
accompagneront toute la semaine d’action (par exemple dans le camp et aux
actions), et une particulier des actions contre la détérioration climatique et
la culture des OGM,

Le mercredi 6 juin commencera le blocage du sommet G-8,

Le jeudi 7 juin prendra lieu un concert avec Herbert Grönemeyer
sous le mot d’ordre « Musique et messages », ainsi que des blocages
supplémentaires et des manifestations. Des oratrices et orateurs fameux du
sommet alternatif prendront part au début des manifestations.

Qui s’invite le sommet G-8
s’invite aussi le proteste. Nous demandons au pays du Mecklembourg Poméranie
Occidentale, à la comté de Bad Doberan
et à la ville de Rostock de fournir l’infrastructure nécessaire pour l’accueil
des gens dans les camps et pour l’organisation des événements.

étrangères dans la mesure de nos possibilités. 

Common declaration by the
G-8 action conference « Rostock II » from November 10 to 12, 2006

Rostock, November 12

In June 2007, there will take
place a large action week against the G-8 summit at Heiligendamm.
The G-8 symbolise a socially unjust, ecologically irresponsible and
militaristic imperialist policy. Tens of thousands of people from the region,
from the whole Federal Republic, from Europe and the whole world will protest
and make visible alternatives to the ruling way of globalisation. We welcome
the activists (women and men) from abroad and are looking forward to one of the
largest international demonstrations in the last years. All sections of the
movement critical of globalisation in the coming months will enter their
contents and proposals for action in a reinforced way into the public
discussion – here in the region as well as in the respective cities and areas
where they come from.

More than 450 activists (women
and men) from the whole of Europe have agreed at the second action conference on
the road map for the protest week against the G-8 summit:

The action week shall begin with a large demonstration against the G-8
summit on Saturday, June 2,

-        
On Sunday, June 3, there will be a great opening event that will be
organised together by us and our international friends, as well as actions
against the bomb-drop the federal army intends to organise in the region of Wittstock,

-        
On Monday, June 4, there will take place a migration political action day
with substantive, actionist and cultural contributions – under the slogan: “For
global freedom of movement! Equal rights for all!”

-        
On Tuesday, June 5, in the framework of the action day against
militarism, war, torture and the global state of emergency, there shall take
place a blockade of the airport at Rostock-Laage in
order to “welcome” the arriving heads of state and government,

-        
On Tuesday evening, there will start the alternative summit that will
last until Thursday, June 2. A number of “satellite events” of the alternative
summit shall accompany the whole action week (for instance in the camp and at
the various actions), including actions against the deterioration of our
climate and the introduction of organically modified organisms,

On Wednesday, June 6, there shall start the blockades of the G-8 summit,

-        
On Thursday, June 7, there shall take place a concert with Herbert Grönemeyer under the slogan “Music and messages”,
additional blockades and demonstrations. Prominent international women and men
speakers from the alternative summit will take place in the opening of the
demonstrations.

Who invites the G-8 summit
invites protest against it. We demand of the federal country of Mecklenburg Vorpommern, the county of Bad Doberan and the Hanseatic
town of Rostock to provide the necessary
infrastructure for welcoming people in the camps and for the organisation of
our cultural events.
