[fse-esf] Minutes from EPA, Nov 4 2006

Dear All,

sorry that I am kind of late in sending the minutes taken from EPA.
Although EPA took place from Nov 3 until Nov 5, these minutes are only
from Nov. 4.

They include the reports form the different (Greek) organizing
committees of the 4th ESF, the minutes of the general discussion, the
list of the reporting networks (their rpeorts have circulated already)
and the brief announcement of the mobilization againts the G8 summit in
Germnay 2007.

As an extra part of the minutes I listed the ideas for next EPA's and
ESF's proposed by the Greek committees as well as in the general
discussion so that they are not lost. 

I am sorry if I didn't get the names and organizations correctly or if I
missed a crucial idea.

I hope the minutes help for understanding the 4th ESF and for enabling
us to improve all the ESF's to come
